This is a portfolio. There is no account to open, nothing to buy and nothing to upload, so most of what a terms page usually covers does not apply. What is left is below, in the order it is likely to matter.
Read it, share it, link to it. No permission needed and no attribution required for a link.
Do not try to break it: no attacks on the infrastructure, no automated scraping that degrades it for anyone else, and no using the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited mail. The read endpoints and the contact form are both rate limited, at thresholds that are generous for a person and restrictive for a script.
The writing, the design and the photographs are mine. So are the case studies, including the descriptions of client work; the underlying systems belong to the clients who paid for them, and where that is the case the page says so.
Client names are deliberately absent from most of this site. Where a name does appear it is because that work is public.
Every code sample in the journal is yours to use, in anything, commercial or not, with no attribution and no licence to accept. They are small enough that claiming ownership of them would be absurd.
They also come with no warranty. They are illustrations of a specific problem in a specific context, not a library, and nobody is testing them against your codebase. Read them before you paste them.
I try hard to make the claims here checkable. Figures are labelled with what they count and over what period, projects link to something you can open, and where a number belongs to a client the page attributes it.
None of that is a guarantee. Systems change after they are written about, live links go down, and I am capable of being wrong. If you find something on this site that is not true, tell me and I will correct it.
This site links to repositories, live products, app store listings and other people’s work. Those are theirs. I do not control what they publish and I am not responsible for it.
Sending a message through the form starts a conversation and nothing more. No engagement exists until we have both agreed a scope and a price in writing. A reply from me is not an acceptance, an estimate in an email is not a quote, and nothing on this page commits either of us to anything.
Anything you send me about your own project I treat as confidential by default, whether or not we sign anything, and whether or not the work goes ahead.
The site is provided as it is. I do not promise it will be available, correct or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows I am not liable for loss arising from using it or relying on it.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jammu and Kashmir have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
I may update this page. The date at the top moves when I do. Continuing to use the site after that means the current version applies.
