An admissions team was tracking students, counsellors and partner universities across spreadsheets and a shared inbox. That works until two people answer the same enquiry, or nobody does. They asked for a website. What they needed was the website plus the thing behind it, because a form generating enquiries into an inbox that is already the bottleneck makes the problem worse. I said so, and built both.
