In a senior living community the people who need to reach each other are rarely on the same device. A resident talks to an Alexa unit in the room, the family uses a phone, the staff use a browser, and the building has a TV in the lobby. Speak2 is built for that at Beneathatree, and I work across its stack. The audience sets the bar. When a message goes missing here nobody files a ticket. A family simply does not hear something, which is why reliability gets the same weight as new features.
